I am considering switching my accounting to ZOHO from QB Desktop which I have used for decades. They have raised their pricing dramatically and I see there is a huge demand out there for others thinking the same thing. I remembered you are also a ZOHO consultant.
Do you think ZOHO would offer SUITABLE basic accounting and financial reports for my own accounting business? Do you handle conversions from QB desktop or QBO clients?
Ironically most of my customers start by replacing Act! with Zoho CRM and then add Zoho Books later. I can tell you that the conversion from Act! is generally easier than from QuickBooks. I moved my business to Zoho CRM about 7 years ago and then moved QuickBooks a year or so later. The power of Zoho is that the two are fully integrated so that you avoid not only double-entry but also have full insight in the CRM side to invoices, and payments.
Yes, I do QuickBooks to Zoho Books conversions. I can tell you that IMHO Zoho Books does a lot more than QuickBooks. And, at $444/user/year it’s a super powerful, super inexpensive replacement for Act! and QuickBooks.
