I was so delighted to find there’s still someone out there supporting this ancient software – I thought I was the only person in the world still running it! We’re a tiny catering company, still running ACT6.0 that we must have been using for the last 23 years (alongside Office 2000 that still works too!) – it has literally all our clients details in it – and I’ve just had the first problem. It worked fine last night, then wouldn’t open this morning. I’ve ruled out it being a software problem by trying other databases, without a problem. Kim had it all sorted in two minutes – so easy when you know how!

My CRM needs are very limited, but when someone asks, I do push them to Zoho and mention you as probably the lead organization for support in the country.

Yes, I have indeed brought many customers to Act over the years via my books, events and marketing efforts. The bottom line is that my customers need to use the best CRM product for their needs. There are many less costly, more modern alternatives to Act.
