If I have any criticism of Zoho One it’s that it is hard to keep up with all of the functionality. A case in point is Zoho Social, a frequently overlooked app in Zoho One.

  • Social Media Listening: Create listening “columns” to track brand reviews, @mentions and brand keywords. Discover trends, and participate in industry conversations.
