Kim has helped me a lot, but continual glitches at Act have made the change to the Web/desktop version time consuming and frustrating. An Act! technical person without a thick accent would be nice.

No one likes to change. Many of my Act users have been using Act for over 20 years. Unfortunately, it would appear that Act no longer has the resources to properly fix the bugs you’ve found in the desktop synch. And yes, we can easily move data from Google to Act.
