Besides pricing, the main differences between Zoho Bigin and Zoho CRM depends on the features you want and the size of your database. For example, Zoho Express allows you to add 10 Custom fields whereas Zoho Enterprise allows for 500. All of the paid versions of Zoho CRM allow for an unlimited number of records. On the other hand, Bigin sets limitations so if you have a lot of Act data in terms of numbers of contacts, notes and histories then Zoho CRM might be a better bet. Feel free to contact me; once I see your actual Act database I’ll have a much better idea as to the best Zoho product for you.

I’m interested in converting my ACT! Pro v22 that I’m still using to Zoho. I understand that might be Zoho Bigin. What do I need to read up on or look at to estimate the time, money and energy this would take. I have been using my ACT! for many years and don’t want to lose vital data.

    Hi David,

I admire the spirit of a 90 year old who is willing to try new technnology! I have seen dozens of people half your age who refuse to embrace change! I think the Bigin products might be a good fit. They are very simeple (just add your contacts and start scheduling). And, since your needs are very basic, you probably could use the Zoho Bigin free edition.

I’m a 90 year old disabled ex-executive who has used ACT for more than 30 years. Just looking for an inexpensive ACT replacement that I can use for my doctor’s appointments, friends, grocery lists and something that buzzes/rings a day before, day of, 15 minute warning to go into video chat w/doc
