Length: 4 hours If your job title includes “Administrator” then you need to take this course! Learn about backups, Preference Settings, Outlook Integration, Database Clean-up & De Duplication, Importing and Exporting, Adding Users, Creating Teams and automating tasks.
Length: 3.5 hours Take your CRM to the next level by learning how to integrate Zoho to your ZOHO Campaigns account. This class will teach you how to : Edit existing Templates, Create new HTML E-Mail Templates including adding merge fields, hyperlinks and attachments, Send messages to selected contacts, and read your campaign results.
