Length: 3.5 hours Don’t be fooled by the “Beginning” label.  I guarantee that even long time ZOHO users will learn a new trick or two.  Most of us can figure out how to add a new contact; the emphasis of this class is learning about the fields that are commonly overlooked.  You’ll also learn how the contents of various fields can effect other areas of ZOHO.

Length: 4 hours Now that you’re familiar with the basics of a database you’re ready to ramp up your efficiency a notch.  Learn how Act! or Zoho can make you more efficient, productive – and profitable! Learn Advanced Lookups & Queries, working with other entities including Companies/Accounts, creating a pipeline, basic Mail Merge, running Reports & Dashboards, and using attachments.

Length: 4 Hours Once you’ve mastered the basics you’re ready to move on to the next level. Learn how to customize your database to best serve the needs of your business.   Planning for a new database Adding and Editing Act!’s Fields Working with Drop-Down Lists Creating and Editing ZOHO Layouts, Field Level Security, Contact Level Security, Customizing Activity Types
