    Dialing from Act works quite a bit differently than it did in the days when all computers came equipped with a fax/modem and we could simply plug a phone line into the back of a computer. These days you’ll find it best to switch to a VOIP phone solution; those are much easier to integrate to software products like Act.

    OK. So here’s my question. We still do have the plain, old fashion phone system with dedicated lines. Actually we all work from home offices. We’re looking at moving to ACT 2012. Is there a component or add on that will work with TAPI compliant phones??
