    Hi Earl,

Yes, we can extract all of your data – including your Notes and all those custom fields. We just need a backup and or the .ADF and .ALF files to get started.

Hi- I had ACT for years- last version was pro 2013. Now haven’t used for years- pretty much just used as a database…I know I used as many custom fields as possible so I could do searches for things like: who sold/ who installed? what style/ what color, etc. Can Zoho do any of that with my old data? I think I had over 5000 customers…..most using all the custom fields along with address, phone and the other standard fields- jsut ot give you some idea of the volume.

Brad, sadly, even if you have your license number you won’t be able to install Act 2013 on a new machine for a variety of reasons.

ACT! CRM changed its license activation software at the end of 2018. The change impacted all versions of ACT! from 2005 through version 21. ACT! released free update patches for supported versions (v18 and newer) that customers needed to install before January 1, 2019, to ensure uninterrupted access. Users who did not apply the update risked losing access to their database. For example, they could be blocked from reinstalling or reactivating the software on new or existing machines.
Versions v17 and older: Users with these older, unsupported versions were required to upgrade to a newer, supported version.

Since your software is older than v18 you will not be able to install it again. Sorry!

    Hi,

I have Act 2013. One of my computers recently died. Can you help me find my serial number so that I can install it on a new machine?
