Kim was fast at recovering my password, and just what I needed.

People have posted before about Kim Winton's skills. But I have a huge success story.
A customer called tech support, because he could not open his Act! database after trying to convert it to v24. They spent several hours trying to open it and finally said they couldn't fix it.
He calls me, and I take a quick peek. I did the normal troubleshooting steps, and could not get it to work. Fairly common situation EXCEPT they had no backup. None. Nada. They had one sort of, one from 2021 on Carbonite, and that was about it. Kim has helped me out before, so I got in touch with, yelling "Help!"
Somehow, she used her sewing skills to "stitch" part of the database together, used her shoemaking skills to cobble pieces of 3 different partial backups, and her magic wand skills to deliver a real database that would open and probably contained 99% of his data. And worked around a root canal, sick kids, etc. Amazing!! Thank you, Kim!
