Laudenslager, who is located in Eugene, Oregon, provides telephone and web-based Act! technical support for domestic and international Act! users and consultants. He has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Act! ranging from database installation and customization to maintenance and troubleshooting. He has particular expertise in the creation of custom Act! reports using the Act! Report Writer. Laudenslager has over 35 years of experience in the electronics and data processing industry. He was a member of the Act! technical support team for 10 years before joining Tech Benders in 2004. He has served as the Technical Editor for three of the Act! For Dummies books written by Karen Fredricks. A graduate of the State University of New York, Laudenslager also completed numerous advanced courses in the field of business administration.
