If you’re using Zoho regularly, you’ve probably run into a few “why is this happening?” moments. The good news? Many of the most common questions have very simple fixes.
Here are three quick ones I get all the time:
1. Why isn’t my CRM Notes Report showing all notes? This one can be frustrating—especially when you know the notes are there.
In many cases, the issue isn’t the data… it’s your browser.
Browsers cache (store) information to load pages faster, but sometimes that cached data gets outdated and causes reports to display incorrectly.
What to do:
- Refresh your browser (a hard refresh works best)
- Clear your browser cache
- Reopen the report
That usually resolves the issue immediately.
If it doesn’t, then it’s worth checking filters—but more often than not, it’s just a caching issue.
2. Can I add other forms of AI into Zoho?
Yes—and this is where things get interesting.
Zoho has its own AI engine (Zia), but you’re not limited to just the default features. You can expand how AI is used within your system.
Inside Zoho CRM, you can navigate to:
Setup → Zia → Smart Prompt
This allows you to:
- Create custom AI prompts
- Guide how responses are generated
- Tailor AI to your specific workflows
In other words, you’re not just using AI—you’re shaping how it works for your business.
3. Does Zoho have a tool to help train employees?
Yes—and it’s one of the most underrated tools in the ecosystem.
Zoho offers Zoho DAP (Digital Adoption Platform), which is designed specifically for training and onboarding.
With DAP, you can:
- Create step-by-step guided walkthroughs
- Train employees directly inside your applications
- Reduce onboarding time
- Ensure processes are followed correctly
Instead of handing someone a manual (that no one reads), DAP shows them exactly what to do—while they’re doing it.
Final Thought
Most Zoho challenges aren’t about limitations—they’re about knowing where to look.
Whether it’s fixing a report, expanding AI, or improving training, the tools are already there.

Sometimes a 15-minute conversation can save hours of frustration.
