Can I Access Act from My Mobile Device

There are a number of ways that Act will work with your mobile device. If you have a Premium Act product you can use the Act Companion app free of charge.

  • Act CRM (Web): Download the Act Companion app from the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS devices). Login with the url, user name and password that you use for web access. Alternatively, you can also access Act CRM (Web) on your phone or tablet by using a web browser. Simply open your web browser, navigate to the AC website, and log in with your credentials.
  • Act Premium for Desktop (self hosted): Download the Act Companion app from the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS devices). Login your user name and password that you use to access Act. Note: you can determine the database location by installing Act Connect on your server and copying the supplied URL.

If you have Act Pro, want to synchronize your Act contacts to your phone’s native address book & calendar, or want more functionallity than what is offered with Act Companion you can purchase the Act Companion Link product.
