Zoho has just surpassed the 100 Million Users Mark. I am not surprised. Zoho represents an amazing value in today’s world of software. I personally moved my own software from Act & QuickBooks to Zoho One over 5 years ago and have never looked back.
Prior to moving my accounting from QuickBooks to Zoho Books I was paying over $2,000/year for QuickBooks. And, because I used QuickBooks invoicing I was forced into using their overpriced merchant services. I then paid an additional fee for an addon to link Act to QuickBooks so that my employees could see customer invoice information in Act. And, although the Act QuickBooks link worked fairly well it was a bit kludgy and needed a bit of extra TLC from time to time.
The Zoho One product includes both Zoho CRM and Zoho Books. That means that my employees can create Quotes in Zoho CRM which automatically appear in Zoho Books where they can be reviewed and invoiced by the Accounting Department. My employees can then see the Invoice and payment information in Zoho CRM.
In addition to its integration to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books has all the same basic functionality found in QuickBooks Enterprise and then some. One of my favorite Zoho Books features is the ability to send out automatic reminders for invoices and to be able to see if an invoice has been viewed or not.
