Zoho started from day one with no external investments and remains privately held. That means they answer to their customers, not their investors! At present Zoho has more than 45 million users located in more than 180 countries around the world; Zoho has 6000 employees. Its US headquarter is in California and Zoho has offices in Singapore, Japan, China and India.
Zoho has experienced a revenue growth rate of 39% year-over-year. They started with their core product, Zoho CRM. They have since expanded to include Zoho One, an entire suite of web-based business tools designed to run every aspect of your business. And yes, those tools all interface with one another to increase the efficiency of your business and save you from double-entry!
