All classes are taught by Karen Fredricks, author of four boooks on ACT!: ACT! 6, ACT! 2005, ACT! 2006 and ACT! 2007 for Dummies.  In addition to being an ACT! Certified Consultant and an ACT! Premier Trainer, Karen is a former high school English teacher with an extensive background in public speaking.

We offer two levels. In addition, training can be customized to meet the special needs of your staff.

We literally wrote the book(s) on ACT!  - and you can use them as a reference once you leave the class because you'll find everything that we cover in the book.  The Dummies books were written with our clients in mind. Looking for quick answers to your questions? You'll find them in our books - and we won't make you run through lengthy, useless exercises to find them!  Best of all, they're loaded with lots of helpful "tips and tricks"!  The books are available at all area bookstores, from our site or can be purchased (and autographed!) in class.
